What exactly do you do for your customers?
We help our clients acquire the car, truck, SUV or van they want in an educated and low-pressure style. We will help you compare new versus used and lease versus purchase options. No need to spend your precious time running from one car lot to the next. We can also assist with trade-ins, financing and aftermarket products.
Can't I just negotiate myself a great price and save myself the money?
Here at LeMire Consulting, we believe the stress and time saved by our clients is enough to make it worth our small fee. Our clients have told us the money we save them makes it well worth the money. It is probably a combination of both. We are experts at negotiating car deals. We do it multiple times every single day. Negotiating your car deal is our profession, and we are very good at it.
Having worked for dealers for many years, our team also understands the inner workings of each car deal. Internet research has led many people to believe with the right key strokes a great deal can be had by all. While a good price may be found via using a lot of the very tips we at LC share all the time, a car deal is much more than a good price. Dealerships have many ways of making profit, and each step has pitfalls a smart consumer must avoid. We know all of them up front and can guide, or in the case of our Concierge Service, walk you through all of them.
Do I get to see and drive the used vehicle before I buy it?
Of course! After we find your vehicle, we have it inspected and prepped before you test drive it. After your test drive and approval we arrange for delivery if possible.
Are there any hidden costs?
No! Each of our clients receives a completed order detailing all of our fees as well as vehicle pricing and equipment. The only additional fees charged are state sales tax, license and registration.
What is the process for buying through LeMire Consulting?
In order to help you make an informed decision, it is most helpful to have a short 15 to 20 minute, no obligation meeting to discuss your vehicle needs. We than search for the best prices on the vehicles that interest you most. After finding one or two vehicles you are interested in, we set up a test-drive and demonstration of the vehicle. If you like the vehicle after the test drive, LeMire Consulting contacts the dealer regarding pricing, financing, accessories and (if available) home delivery of your new car!
How do you get paid?
We are paid by our customers at the time you purchase your vehicle. A $100 deposit is required when we are hired to provide our Concierge Services. This can be done via our website using the "Make a Payment" tab. We do not accept money from dealers for working with us. This allows us to negotiate fully on our customers behalf.
Do I purchase or lease the vehicle from LeMire Consulting?
NO. We make all the arrangements with the dealership. Then you go to that specific dealership to test-drive the vehicle and/or finalize the deal with them. A SIMPLE, STRESS-FREE PROCESS that saves you money!
What makes LeMire Consulting different than dealing directly with a dealer?
It's just so simple. The average car deal takes over 3 hours to finish! We do the first 2 hours for you, leaving you with time to enjoy purchasing your vehicle. Not to mention taking away the uncomfortable negotiations, or trying to find the exact model you are looking for.
What is dealer cash?
Dealer cash is different than a rebate. Rebate is money given by the manufacture to you the customer. Dealer cash is directly given to the dealership and is typically not even mentioned to the customer. Depending on the program presented by the manufacturer to the dealer, it can be on a tier system. This means, the more cars the dealer sells, the more money they get back, with each dealer being at a different level or tier. For example, if a dealer sells 10 cars they may receive $500 or up to $1500 for 50 cars sold. Again, each dealer may be at a different level depending on the amount of cars they have sold. This money means additional savings for you.
How is my new vehicle's factory warranty affected by LeMire Consulting's involvement in the vehicle transaction?
It’s not. We do not purchase the vehicle and resell it to you. We do not want to add yet another profit tier into the price our clients pay.
Does LeMire Consulting have a “privacy” policy?
We do NOT sell, share or distribute the personal information that we collect from our clients. This information is used solely for the purposes of assisting our clients with the acquisition of their new vehicles.
How long does it take to get my vehicle once I decide what I want?
Typically LeMire Consulting likes to have a time span of about 3 days from start to finish. The first day we gather information from you to better tailor our findings. The second day we locate the vehicle or vehicles we feel fit what you have told us you want and the third day is for delivery of your new vehicle. There is always the chance of the vehicle not being available for a few days. We will work as fast or as slow as you need us to.
